SUSTAINABILITY
Our commitment has been assumed in three major areas:
- The house as construction
- The equipment
- The attention and operability

The house as construction
The constructed house prioritizes accessibility and sustainability by eliminating obstacles, orientation to harness solar energy, use of natural light, improvements in thermal insulation, renovation of facilities to save water and energy, and the selection of eco-friendly materials. Inclusion, energy efficiency, and comfort are central elements in its design and construction.

The equipment
The house's equipment has been chosen with accessibility and comfort in mind. Beds with latex mattress covers and hypoallergenic pillows have been included. All rooms have blackout curtains to block out light. Water-based paints were used to maintain healthy environments. Bedding has been selected to be comfortable and prevent allergies. Local purchasing is prioritized to support the local economy.

The attention and operability
Guest attention focuses on offering a relaxing and natural experience. Homemade food is used, and purified water is available. Staff are trained in eco-social aspects. Single-use plastics are reduced with hygiene dispensers in bathrooms. Waste separation and composting are practiced to minimize waste. The house aspires to be an establishment b, committed to evaluating its social and environmental impact.
